UK Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timeframes 

We deliver to metro areas of London only at the moment.

  • Standard London Metro Delivery: 1–2 weeks from the first available ETA
  • Delivery Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday only (excluding public holidays).

Please note that customers must select and accept a delivery date within 14 days of the first available ETA to comply with our Outlet Terms & Conditions of Sale. Orders not delivered or collected within this 14-day window may incur storage costs or contract termination.

Please note that lead times may vary from order to order and supply chain disruptions may impact delivery timelines.


Delivery services

We offer Deluxe Delivery Service, a comprehensive service, including the delivery of boxed furniture, unpacking, assembly, and the removal of packaging.
