1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the King Outlet Spring Sale – Additional $100 Off Outlet Offer, which is offered by King Living, (the Offer).
2. The Discount is: $100
3. The Minimum Spend Requirement is: $1000 (excluding GST and delivery fees).
4. The Offer means that a customer who spends the Minimum Spend Requirement in a single transaction can receive the Discount off the purchase price of the King Living products in that transaction, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
5. Clearance Product has the meaning given in King Living’s Terms and Conditions of Sale (Australia) for Clearance Products.
6. Exclusions: The Offer is not redeemable: (i) in connection with the purchase of a product that is not a Clearance Product, including a product sold at a King Living showroom or on the King Living website; (ii) in connection with the purchase of a Quick Ship product; or (iii) in connection with a King Trade transaction (the Exclusions).
7. The Minimum Spend Requirement is the sum of the price paid for each King Living product purchased in a single transaction, disregarding any Exclusions, and excluding applicable taxes, delivery fees and any other fees or charge (including service charges, KingGuard fee or extended warranty fee).
8. The Offer:
(a) is available to customers who shop online at the King Outlet website and in-store at a King Living Outlet (only);
(b) starts Friday, 16 October 2026 and ends Monday, 19 October 2026 (the Term);
(c) can only be redeemed in Australia;
(d) applies to a King Living products offered for sale on the King Outlet website at kingoutlet.com.au and in a King Living Outlet Showroom, subject to the Exclusions;
(e) applies in addition to any sale price or other price reduction that applies to a Clearance Product; and
(f) is available only for purchase transactions which are made during the Term.
5 King Living applies the Discount at the time of purchase to the single transaction that satisfies the Minimum Spend Requirement. A customer cannot defer the Discount to another transaction or combine one transaction with another to satisfy a Minimum Spend Requirement.
6 This Promo Code can be used only once, per household during the Term. (“Household”is determined by King Living in their final and absolute discretion).
9. Offer cannot be re-sold or re-issued and is not redeemable for cash or credit.
10. King Living reserves the right to change, alter or end the Offer at any time.
11. King Living’s Terms and Conditions of Sale (Australia) for Clearance Products, apply to all products sold as part of the Offer, except to the extent they are varied by these Terms and Conditions, which take precedence.
